For the purpose of providing product sales and operating our website, we process certain personal data.

A. Processing of Personal Data in Case of Contact Form Usage
If you inquire about our products and services, we will process your contact details provided to us, mainly through the inquiry form. These include: Name, surname, and email address.
For what purpose?
We will use these to contact you for further discussions regarding the products.
On what legal basis?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – contract negotiations or pre-contractual measures upon your request.
How long will we process the personal data?
If we don't establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 5 years from our last communication.
B. Processing of Personal Data in Case of Purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will process the information you provide. This mainly includes billing details: name, surname, address, phone number.
For what purpose?
We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – deliver our products to you. We will also use your contact details to communicate regarding the status of your order, potential claims, or your inquiries.
We will further process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (especially for accounting and tax purposes, and to handle claims and more).
On what legal basis are we processing personal data?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – contract performance and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with legal obligations.
How long will we process the personal data?
For the duration of our service and then for 10 years after the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletters (Commercial Communications)
If you are a customer and did not object during your purchase, we will use your email address to send our newsletters.
On what legal basis?
This is allowed by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, if you did not object during the purchase.
